He spends his time consulting on Process Improvement, Generative AI, Automation and helping businesses with their transformation programmes.
David also mentors other change leaders in the legal, healthcare and education sectors and helps businesses and transformation leaders understand how to truly harness GenAI to produce outstanding results.

David Huston is an experienced business leader and consultant who has led multi-disciplinary teams to design and build end‑to‑end GenAI solutions for global organisations. His hands‑on expertise spans retrieval‑augmented generation, Azure-AI and agentic workflows, knowledge‑graph enrichment, model evaluation, and the governance frameworks that keep all of it compliant.
David has headed operational‑excellence, AI and automation teams at several law firms where he managed client and product intake, discovery straight through to solution design and build with several successful product launches in those previous roles.
At Royal Mail Group David applied his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the associated skills to streamline complex processes for letter and parcel sortation using ML, before turning that discipline towards Generative AI. There he introduced, IT, technology and materials handling solutions that led to multi-million pound operational efficiencies.
